Unfortunately, the answer to that question is generally no. It is difficult to work on a website that someone else has built and guarantee the work that is being produced. This is because we can only work within the limitations of what has already been built on the site. For example, we might not be able to easily add in contact forms, or build landing pages or integrate with CRM systems. Or there might be conflicts between plugins that they are using on the site or previous code from the original developer might not be neat and cause us issues. The other thing to consider is that we charge $120AUD/hr for all work we do on existing sites. So if we were to do some work on your current site, at that hourly rate it would probably end up being more cost effective to simply allow us to rebuild it and do it properly.

If you do have a website that is in good condition and you are wanting someone to look after your site for you, and do content uploads, daily backups and management of your current website. You can sign up to our Lightning Sites concierge service where you get unlimited support on your site.

However, if you are looking for once off fixes on your site, then sadly at the moment, we don’t have the capacity to work on any sites outside our subscription services.

Yes, we definitely do. We offer Google Suite (G-Suite) email setup. The main reason that we use this setup is because Google never breaks! Traditional email set ups through servers are temperamental, can break and sometimes have problems delivering emails properly, compared to Google, which is a cloud based email service that’s lightning fast and ultra reliable. G-Suite also comes with a access to hundreds of free online apps including Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive etc. Your drive comes with 30GB of storage too. And because your emails and files are all on the cloud, it meas you can edit your emails from anywhere in the world and from any device, all you need is internet connection. It also means you can store all your company files in the cloud allowing for you and your team to access them anywhere in the world. We don’t really make much money from offering this service, it’s more to add value to our existing clients. Setups start at $499AUD and then you simply pay Google directly for your accounts at $5AUD per user per month. It generally just takes us 1 business day to setup your accounts for you to get up and running and we can provide you with training on how to access and make use of your account.

Yes absolutely! It’s really important as a business owner that you are able to edit your own site quickly so that when you have an opportunities come up or when details on your site need to change you are able to do them quickly without needing to rely on someone else. After we build your website you are given login access to the backend of the website where you can create as many pages as you want and as many blog articles as you want. You can change photos, text, links, forms and even build your own landing pages. We also provide you with access to WP.Institute, our training website where you can watch videos on how to do everything on your website. You can use this to learn yourself but also to train your staff or VA’s to help you adjust content on your site.

One of the huge benefits of going with us, however, is that you don’t have to worry about any of the tech stuff on your site. We make sure your site is always performing at tip top condition so that your platform is always ready to host your content professionally.

We provide a service that is a lot different to traditional web developers. Most web developers sell websites for an upfront cost (usually around $5K), then they charge hosting and ongoing support for the website separately. We use to use this approach too but then we started to see there were a few problems with this model

1. There is a large up front cost to set the site up.
2. You will get charged additional costs every time you need help with your site and for things like hosting the website and updating WordPress and the plugins.
3. The developers are always focused on selling more projects (as this is where they make all their money), and therefore, aren’t focussed on delivery quality service to their existing customers.
4. You’ll have to do the whole process again every 2 years or so as your website starts to look out of date.

Our service on the other hand is a subscription based service. You own all the content on your site, however, you need to pay the subscription to use the platform we have created for you or arrange a buyout of your site. With our service you can:

We can initially work on how you would like your website to appear and what headlines you would predominately prefer to display. We recommend that you host your own domain names, often people get their web developers to buy their domain name for them, We do not recommend this however; because your domain name is YOUR intellectual property, we don’t want anyone else owning this domain and it is always best that you have control over this asset as it is hugely important for your business. We recommend, that you go onto GoDaddy and create your own account, then you need to purchase your own domain name and after doing this, you just send us your login deatails and we can then go into your account and use the domain name freely, but all while it is still under your, the business owners, control, as it should be.
